Free access
Notes to Self’s core journal features are free and do not require a subscription. No purchase or expired-subscription account is needed to use the app.
Account deletion
Open Profile, scroll to Account, and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before permanently deleting your account, journal entries, saved audio, and synced Notes to Self data.
Recording or reflection issues
Check that Notes to Self has microphone access and that AI Processing is enabled under Profile > Privacy. Keep the app open while a new recording is being transcribed and reflected on.
